David, when Jean Claude was still flying his IBIS with a Jabiru 2200 engine, he used a prop with a diameter of 1.33m (52.4") and a pitch of 1.25m (49.2").

Correction: putting 'canvas' on an IBIS is mentioned in the builders manual all right, but only to discourage builders to do so... cheers Hans
